| The medical science is developing in leaps and bounds. While keeping pace with this abundance of knowledge along with our traditions is a challenge, the greater challenge is to make this available for benefit of our patients especially in this remote area where access and affordability to health care are major hurdles.Quality Medical education should aim to teach the budding medical professionals lifesaving skills, independence, community service, and social integration so that they can contribute towards their nation and mankind. We believe it is our responsibility as educators to nurture and develop each student to his or her full potential to become competent Unani Physicians who can handle all sorts of medical cases. We also encourage them to care for others by becoming global citizens and to develop a concern for and respect for traditional and modern educational values. |
