About AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) – 2025

The AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC), working under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, is in charge of managing online counselling for admissions to both undergraduate and postgraduate AYUSH courses across India.

Through AACCC, eligible candidates can get admission to courses like BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS, and B.Pharma (Ay) under the All India Quota (AIQ). This includes:

  • 15% AIQ in Government and Government-Aided institutions

  • 100% seats in Deemed Universities, Central Universities, and National Institutes

For postgraduate courses, AACCC also manages admissions for MD/MS in fields like Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy.

What Does AACCC Do?

The AACCC ensures that the counselling process for AYUSH courses is fair and smooth. Here’s what they’re responsible for:

  • Managing the official website

  • Setting up the counselling process and schedule

  • Coordinating with state/UT bodies and participating institutions

  • Handling legal matters and any court cases related to counselling

  • Deciding on counselling fees (like the registration and security deposit)

  • Allocating AIQ seats and dealing with all the other details of the counselling process

Types of Counselling AACCC Conducts

AACCC organizes two types of counselling based on the NEET (UG) and AIAPGET scores:

1.AACCC-UG Counselling 2025

For undergraduate courses, AACCC handles:

  • 15% AIQ seats for BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS in Government and Government-Aided AYUSH colleges across the country

  • 100% seats in Central Universities and National Institutes (not counting institutional/state quotas)

  • 100% seats in Deemed Universities under the Central Act

  • 46 AIQ seats for B.Pharma (Ayurveda) at ITRA, Jamnagar

2.AACCC-PG Counselling

For postgraduate courses, the counselling includes:

  • 15% AIQ seats for MD/MS in Government and Government-Aided AYUSH colleges across India

  • 100% PG seats (AIQ + Institutional Quota) at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), based on their eligibility rules

  • 100% seats in National Institutes (excluding state/nominated/institutional quotas)

  • 100% PG seats in Deemed Universities under the Central Act
