| The Department of Health, Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, created the Government Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital Paraspani, Godda, vide Notification No. 60(3) dated March 31, 2002. It is Jharkhand’s only government homeopathic medical college and hospital, founded by the state government in accordance with Central Council of Homeopathy, New Delhi, guidelines. The Jharkhand government now owns eighteen acres of land at Paraspani, some twenty kilometers from Godda town, for the construction of hospital and college structures. The college has a 50 seat intake capacity and is associated with Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh Session 2009-2010. |
