The R.D. Kedia Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, East Champaran is a Private College established in 1979 as a separate department for teaching homoeopathic medical science at Karpoori Thakur Mahavidyalaya, R.D. Kedia Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, East Champaran, initially sought affiliation from Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. The college officially commenced in 1981 under the leadership of Principal Dr. S. P. Singh, and was managed by the governing body under the name Motihari Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital. The Outdoor Hospital, named in honor of the donor Late Mahaveer Prasad, was also established to serve the community. R.D. Kedia Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, East Champaran has grown to become a premier institution in Eastern India, located in the state of Bihar.
